Thank you for your interest and applying to be part of the Culinary Medicine: Foundations of Patient Care module for the summer of 2021. In this module, we will meet in person every Tuesday and Thursday from May 31-June 30 (5 weeks) to cover various topics and cooking techniques that will refresh and build upon the knowledge that you gained throughout the M-I year. Keep in mind that all classes will be held in person so you will be committing to attendance on those days from 9am-1pm.
